Terms of Service

By accessing or using Crawlable (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Crawlable is a SaaS platform that monitors product listing data across e-commerce channels and alerts you to discrepancies (“drift”) between your Shopify store and external sales channels such as Amazon, Google Shopping, and Meta Catalog.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, or interfere with the integrity of the platform. Automated scraping, reverse engineering, or reselling access without written permission is prohibited.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Dodo Payments. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time subscriptions, no questions asked.

5. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, your account will revert to a read-only state unless you add a payment method.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your store and product data. We claim no rights to it. Upon account deletion, all your data is purged within 30 days.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crawlable's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use of the Service after notice constitutes acceptance.
